Today we closed on our house in Michigan. That in part explains why I haven't posted anything in the past month. We've been busy traveling to and from Michigan, along with packing, calling people, and planning what colors to paint the walls, what home improvement projects to start first, do so on. Its great to be a home owner again. And thank goodness we're buying after the peak in the market. Even if the market doesn't turn in the next year or two, I seriously doubt the prices in our area will drop much more.
In a couple weeks we'll be moving, so additional posts may be continually spare. I'll try to get a few in the cue so that I'm not down too long.
