Spring break workout challenge

Over spring break next week, I plan on challenging myself to 5 days of workouts.  My usual is 2-3 workouts per week, so 5 workouts... is going to be fun. 

Here's the plan:
Monday - 1 mile swim
Tuesday - 3 mile run
Wednesday - 500 yeard swim for time (trying to break 8:30)
Thursday - 15 mile bike
Friday - P90X Core

No strength workout this week, just endurance.  And lots of it. 

This is all in an effort to build my baseline.  Once the baseline is raised, I can more effectively cross train.  I'm still looking to complete a triathlon this summer, preferable a Sprint distance.  If I can find a good tri on the coast, even better. 

Anyone in Eastern Carolina want to join me in the Tri?
